We understand that losing a loved one is a traumatic experience and having to wind up the affairs of the deceased, is often an untenable task for those left behind. We administer deceased estates as efficiently and expeditiously as possible, to support the process of grief and healing in the most humane way.
We accept nominations to act as Executor, as well as take instructions from and act on behalf of already appointed Executors, as their duly appointed agents.
Estate planning is critical, yet often overlooked. We assist in drafting and amending Wills, Codicils, Living Wills, advanced directives, as well and powers of attorney (both general and special).
